METHOD OF PAYMENT

CLOSING SERVICE

  • Blowing out and Plugging of all Plumbing Lines
  • Winterization of 1 Pump, 1 Filter (ALL ACCESSORIES EXTRA)
  • Removal of Ladders, Handrails, Baskets, Fittings, Etc.
  • Covering the Pool with 1 Customers Cover (COVER MUST BE AT POOLSIDE)
  • Chemical Test for COMPLETE WATER BALANCE: Total and Free Chlorine, Total Alkalinity, pH, Calcium Hardness and Cyanuric Acid (CHEMICALS EXTRA)
  • Disbursement of Winter Closing Chemicals (CHEMICALS EXTRA)
  • NOTE: Baquacil Pools – We do not add any Chemicals to Baquacil Pools

CLOSING ITEMS


Closing includes: winterization of the filtration system and all lines, removal of all ladders, baskets, fittings, etc., chemical test for complete water balance (chemicals extra, see below), does not include cleaning at time of closing.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All materials, parts, and equipment are warranted by the manufacturers or suppliers written warranty only. All labor performed by the above named company is warranted for 30 days or as otherwise indicated in writing. The above named company makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, and its agents or technicians are not authorized to make any such warranties on behalf of above named company. COLLECTION POLICY: All customers are asked to have a valid credit card on file. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF THE SERVICE. When our technician arrives, if no method of payment is available, the service will not be performed and a $100.00 service charge will be billed. We will not return until the service charge is paid. LATE PAYMENT: results in finance charges of 1.5% per month. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE OR AT THE CLOSING.

HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES / BEFORE WE ARRIVE

  • Remove all Debris & Water from Cover*
  • Raise Water Level to the middle of Skimmer
  • Make sure all Electric is Active, Including: INDOOR TIMERS. If an Indoor Timer is present, we must be notified of its location prior to our arrival.
  • Have any/all Pool items accessible, or at Poolside: (Ladder, Rails, Baskets, Fittings, Etc.) *Water & Debris Removal from Covers will be charged at an hourly rate and charged as General Service.
